Protest of a Different Nature

I saw what is probably an older sticker that commemorates the kidnapping and murder of the 43 student teachers in Guerero State, in Mexico, nearly a year ago.  I'm not sure who put it there at the intersection of Alcatraz Ave and Adeline Street,  but I was glad to see it there!
