So after that pessimistic post about gentrification, here's another about really beautiful new garbage can art that's going up in the Lake Merrit/Grand Lake neighborhood. This trash can is newly mosaiced, and all three sides are just gorgeous! Some of the background tile is iridescent and shines in the light.
